Born of the 19th century, Owl' s Rest Farm is set on 27 peaceful acres and is the ultimate respite from the modern world!

Linger in the Gardens and experience a hiatus from all things stressful! Walk through a field or two, ramble through a wooded glade, sit awhile by the quiet pond or relax in the gazebo. Wherever you go, you will become immersed in the fragrance, color & sound of this pastoral setting. For just a while, you can leave your cares behind & pretend you are in a gentler time gone by!

Come inside the antique-filled 19th century farmhouse - take a look around & then visit the incredible FLORAL EMPORIUM and Gallery! Where to begin??? There are so many unique & elegant arrangements, wreaths, swags, topiaries and gifts to see! Most of our silk floral designs are inspired by the gardens and are available for purchase at the end of your tour. Be sure to visit the Bridal Corner where Custom Design & Wedding Services are also available.

Return again and again to see Tulips, Daffodils, Iris & Peonies in Spring, Roses, Annuals, Perennials, Herbs & Vegetables in Summer, and the Aster, Hydrangea & Autumn Leaves in Fall.

Nearly every flower, herb & shrub has been lovingly planted & tended by hosts T.K. & Bill Whalen. Many plants were seeded or propagated right at Owl’s Rest Farm and some plants may even be available for sale the day of your visit!

And please don't forget about the fabulous Holiday House (held during Thanksgiving & the Xmas season), when all 12 rooms of the 19th century farmhouse are decorated for the Yuletide season! (This year 12 trees were all decked out in silk flowers, fruit, berries, birds & ribbons!)There are always refreshments on hand as well as plenty of items to purchase for Christmas decoration and gifts - what a great way to get into the Holiday Spirit! Held every Friday and Saturday from Thanksgiving until Christmas!
