RETURN POLICY

We want you to be very happy with your purchase.

If your arrangement has been damaged in shipping please notify us immediately by phone, or email at info@thetopiary.com. You will receive a Return Authorization. Please not that a Refund cannot be given for Unauthorized Returns.

If you wish to return or exchange your arrangement for any other reason, you may do so within 10 days after receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns on non-damaged items. No fee (except for shipping and handling) is charged for exchanges.

** Please note that shipping and handling fees are extra in an exchange and an amount that is appropriate to the size and weight of your new item is charged to your account upon shipping the new item to you.
